Many agents made me the integration point
By October I had agents on a dozen projects, each reporting in its own place and format. I wasn’t short on planning; I was the only place it all met, always catching up on what the agents had done, never on top of it.
“hopping between agent sessions still stresses me out a bit. and at the end, it’s multitasking.” (a voice note, 21 October)
Every thought lands on a card, every session reports back
Every project is one card, in one format, goal on top. Every session ends with a short report: one breath first, the bold alone reads as a summary, and at most one ask, with options to tap. Every line says whose it is: mine, agreed by me, or Claude’s.
The rules come from how I work. Restarting is the hard part, so each project shows only its next step. I often read tired, so the surface has no prose. Nothing goes quiet: a project ends done, dropped or parked, with a reason.
One lead session a day, the rest around the clock
Each morning one lead session, Today, reads every card, writes the plan, files what I drop in and starts the work sessions. I talk to one session; it keeps the rest.
For the techy: background Claude Code sessions with Remote Control on joFixer, a Mac mini at home that’s on 24/7, so any session is a tap away on my phone. A NAS holds the files; Cloudflare Tunnel and Access show the page to me alone.
“I am more confident to push multiple projects at the same time and being on top of things instead of just getting them parked.”
It’s how I work with AI anywhere, AI drafts and I check, at the scale of a life. Four checks were set at the start, such as knowing what to do next within a minute; used daily since, not yet formally measured.
